I’m so bored I formulated a training plan for myself hahaha :D

Okay first I’ve got to apologise to my dear mum for making you angry. Yeah okay punished me enough already right. I walked from Plaza Sing area to Toa Payoh -.- Past little india, kk hospital, novena square, balestier hill sec, lorong 1 tpy, toa payoh hub, pcps before getting home. Never bring ezlink card + handphone no bat = Hero.

So, training plan!

(morning) 4 x 2.4km
(afternoon) 1000 skips per leg
(night) 2 x 2.4km

And it starts from… NOW. BYE!

P/S: Either I’ll be in great physical condition by end of hols, or I’d be lying in the morgue :P

Schedule for next week:
Monday: Training, exhibition @ hc with cj and rebecca, eye check up
Tuesday: Going out somewhere after some chinese talk? I’m sure I can find someone to disturb
Wednesday: Training, I WANT TO CLAIM MY TREATS FROM CJ AND SYL. Private???
Thursday: Somewhere again! I need to shop zzz.
Friday: Training, 6b06 class gathering @ klp

Thx all who asked me to cheer up etc. Really appreciate it. And sorry for daoing the texts from yesterday to this morning.

I’m thinking of using western grip haha. Need to pick up tips from the pro Nick :D Armband that promotes blood circulation at the wrist ftw lol.
